05 currently provide property maintenance and repair services to a number of clients including the Social Housing sector.

We have a separate maintenance division dedicated to ensuring we can deliver a quality day to day repairs service. We take pride in the fact that we have the ability to cover all aspects of property maintenance you require, both planned and reactive.

Our reactive maintenance division offer a full comprehensive package which includes liaising with your tenants in a professional and courteous manner. We aim to build their confidence in us to ensure their peace of mind. We never lose sight of the fact that we are working in people’s homes. To give your tenants that personal feel, each allocated job will have an appointed tenant liaison officer overseeing the works through to the finish, ensuring quality and complete customer satisfaction. We believe this is key to our growth.
